Your SuperFast palliative care team can provide the emotional and practical support you need at any time, from when you receive a diagnosis until the final months.
Personal Care
SuperFast Care provides personal care, Our services ensure that care and support is provided with dignity and a commitment to enabling you or your loved one to be independent. We understand that having support with daily living such as bathing or dressing can make a difference in your quality of life, helping you to stay happy at home.
We understand that everyone is unique, so we ensure that support with personal care is tailored to you. We will work with you or your loved one to put together a detailed person-centred plan that our Care Professionals will follow, so that you or your loved one gets the care and support needed, in the way that you want it.
Practical Tasks
Your Care Worker will support you to keep your home as you like it, supporting with light housework including cleaning, washing, ironing and changing beds. Whether it’s a weekly shop or just the essentials, our Care Workers are here to make sure you have everything you need..
Living well often starts with looking after the home and studies show that having a clean and tidy house can have positive effects on health and wellbeing.
Our home help services for older people include help taking out the bins, dusting, hoovering, decluttering, changing the beds, feeding the cat and even washing and ironing. It covers all aspects of housekeeping to help you to live well in your home environment so that it remains clean, tidy and safe.
Because our Care Professionals are matched to you, they will take time to get to know how you like to keep your house and make it a happy place for you to live.

Hospital Discharge Support
At SuperFast Care, we are able to offer a range of Hospital Discharge Care options at short notice. This may involve hourly care and/or night care, or 24-hour Live-in care.
Our hospital to home care service is flexible and can often be provided on a short-term respite care basis to help a client with rehabilitation and recovery until they are able to cope with a less involved home care service or without the need for any further input at all or if needed as long as it takes.
This service enables the accelerated discharge of patients to the place they call home rather than being in a hospital ward. Patients who meet the criteria for this service can go home earlier than they otherwise would, with recovery at home, provided that the right equipment are in place.
Respite Care

Companionship Care
Loneliness can have serious effects on a person’s health and SuperFast Care aims to prevent social isolation by providing companionship care at home. Many people we support simply want company and conversation, whether they live alone and may not see family and friends as often as they would like, or just want a companion when going out to appointments or to do the shopping.
Live-in Care
This service allows anyone with across-the-board needs to continue to live an independent life, as far as possible, in their own home, with a 24/7 care worker.
It offers a personalized, tailored service ranging from companionship to care and support, for anyone with complex health conditions.
